Tell us a little about yourself.
Hi, I’m Katherine, and I'm from Jersey! I'm a big fan of the outdoors and True Crime podcasts are my jam.
What do you do at Flare?
I am a customer service representative here at Flare, meaning I'm the person who speaks directly with Flare customers throughout their user journey.
What do you enjoy about the work that you do at Flare?
I love getting face time directly with our customers and hearing their stories about how Flare has directly impacted their lives.
What does safety mean to you?
Safety, to me, means having the confidence to live exactly how I want to and having the freedom to be myself.

Loyal, creative, honest.
What values are most important to you and why?
The values that I find most important are integrity, kindness, and gratitude.
Best sandwich ever. What's on it?
It would have to be a classic Jersey Italian sub! Pepperoni, capocollo, salami, and provolone cheese, with lettuce, tomato, onions, hot peppers, salt, pepper, oregano, oil, and vinegar.
If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
I would have to choose flying – a little ironic, because I am very afraid of heights.
